We use GoHighLevel and other third-party tools to manage customer relationships, communications, and automated workflows.

5. Payments & Billing

All pricing, billing terms, and service agreements are defined before work begins.

Payments may be processed through third-party processors such as Stripe.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All systems, automations, funnels, workflows, and marketing assets created by Samson Services LLC remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a limited license to use delivered systems for their business operations.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of performance, revenue, or business outcomes.

We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by GoHighLevel, carriers, internet providers, or third-party tools.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue or data.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days of service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Samson Services LLC from claims resulting from:

Your use of services

Your violation of laws or regulations

Improper SMS/email usage

Lack of proper consent

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend services at any time if:

You violate these Terms

Required by law or compliance rules
